About the LabImage Platform

Kapelan Bio-Imaging is very proud to announce a new exciting product which is a major breakthrough in Bio-Imaging.
Our team developed a brand-new software platform called LabImage Platform. It combines all functionality for Bio-Imaging applications in a unique and state-of-the-art fashion. We want to make the switch from lots of stand-alone applications to a single, powerful and flexible Bio-Imaging platform comprising all analysis tools in one single software.

We assume our LabImage Platform to be a major step for intuitive, high-quality analysis software in the field of Bio-Imaging. We make the switch!

Fundamental new Platform - What is that?

During the last years, the development of several applications emphasized us to the point that most of the time dropped away implementing recurring building blocks. Many of your development partners would agree on that issue.

About 80% of the work is owed to implementation of infrastructural parts such as data handling, user interface, workflow, license management and update. Less than 20 percent remain for the core analysis of imaging problems. This disequilibrium slows down development by far and requires a high amount of time and money.

Due to our platform we can reduce these 80% significantly. This provides the competitive advantage in building faster time to market solutions. Furthermore, applications will be even more reliable, because of re-using well-established and tested code.

The applications are available as modules (e.g. LabImage 1D). Modules can be selected by the user via the LabImage Platform online update.

Finally we have integrated FDA 21 CFR Part 11 compliance to even meet the demands of GxP related environments.
In result the user is able to handle the needed analysis in a unique environment using one of the easiest and compatible user interfaces - independent of the underlying operating system.

So what are the benefits in using our Bio-Imaging Platform LabImage?

• You can use different analysis modules within a single software platform, no need to switch between different user concepts.
• LabImage Platform runs on Windows (from Windows XP to Windows 7), Mac OS X (starting at 10.4) and Linux systems.
• New Modules can be developed quickly, due to demands on the market.
• Applicable in GxP compliant environments.
• You can use a single license system to license every module, either stand alone, network, site licenses, time or user limited licences up to usage limited licenses based on the known USB dongle or with a new software based dongle.
