LabImage Colony Counting (LabImage CC) automatically analyses colony plates in microbiological laboratories by electronically counting colonies of bacteria or other micro organisms. Boasting an excellent usability concept and state-of-the-art algorithms, the software will identify individual areas of dark and light according to automatic or user-set thresholds, count the resulting contrasting spots and deliver the results within just seconds. Every researcher can start using the software within his or her preferred way of working, without any need for specific software training and with the possibility of exporting analysis results into any desired format.

With LabImage CC, users can easily analyze spiral, pour and spread plates using predefined sets of parameters. The software provides automated spot detection with highly adjustable imaging algorithms and four adjustable image filters as well as automated and manual colony splitting. Researchers can export images and data tables to common data formats.

From a stand-alone software solution to a network license model including a network license server, users will benefit from a flexible licensing update policy.
