Fully automated analysis processes at the Novo Nordisk funded - Center for Protein Research, University of Copenhagen using LabImage 1D
The large scale protein production unit at the Novo Nordisk Foundation in Copenhagen uses an HTS eletrophoresis precast gel system for quality control. The full system is highly automated to provide high throughput.
Except the analysis of the DNA-gels. The research centre uses a manual way to check existing bands. So far this process was time-consuming and so far the only manual step in the process and a lack of a fully automated process.
